Since the app was updated on June 14th, I am still experiencing ++++++difficulties opening the app on my iPhone Pro Max 13. Please check in to fix the “glitches” because I have been using this app for a decade to keep track of my “work shift” schedule.

The box doesn’t allow to you to change the start or end time of the shifts because it is cut off the screen. 
This makes the app and my subscription useless.
Please fix it

I’ve been using this app for over a year now. Below is my first review. I’m writing this review to give an extra star and commend the amazing customer service I’ve received from the creators of this app. They’ve gone above and beyond to ease my use of this app. There’s some hiccups here and there but all in all, probably the most user friendly shift tracker. 

Great app, when it works. But it randomly deleted all of my info. I emailed the support email, and all they said was “well did you back it up?” But you can only back up if you use the paid version. Maybe it’s more reliable if you use the paid version, but after this I probably wouldn’t give them my money.

I was looking for something to enter my shifts that could connect with my our husband’s calendar so we could organize our lives! This is perfect! A couple of hiccups with the sync feature, but customer service was amazing, quick and very helpful to fix.

Love the My Shift work app, I been using it daily for the past several years to organize my life.  I only wish the “notes” option was different, so it was more convenient to use for both my work life and personal life.

The new update has suddenly made all my shift information turn black so I can’t see details about them. 
Also, when travelling in another time zone with airplane mode on, all shifts disappear.

I loved this app until it deleted all my information for the second time.  Literally my whole life was written down and now I am LOST.   I have invested into a different app and I am done with this one. Sorry to the developer, but your app is unreliable.  Good luck in your future endeavours as I did love this app but I can’t function with my whole life being deleted again and again.

Really easy to use and good calendar, but has deleted my schedule for the 4th time now. Very annoying to have to re enter and not have previous notes entered in.

Tried the free version for a few yrs and it worked well so I bought the paid version which also worked well. Slipped into a position with regular hrs so didn’t need this app for a few yrs. Eventually went back to shift work but when I went to use the app, I couldn’t access my account. Reached out to developers and got the run around repeatedly, then silence eventually. Needed something so paid for a different app which has caused me no issues. Don’t invest your time or energy with this app. So many other equal or better ones out there.

Really unhappy with the new update. The squares around the icon look like a picture that has not loaded properly or is glitching. Please consider removing this for the next update. I’ve used this product for years and now looking for a new scheduling app.

I’ve been using my shift work for a number of years with my android device. Recently, I switched to an iPhone iOS device where the program is not compatible. I have been attempting to restore my purchase and my data but the program doesn’t allow me to do so. I’ve notified customer support and they stated that there was a bug that needed to be fixed and would be ready in a couple of days. Here it is now over a month that I have been asking to restore my data and purchase and nothing has been done. I’m very frustrated with the customer support team as it seems as they are only blowing smoke up my... Very disappointed and aggravated as I haven’t been able to access my shifts. Customer service seems like they don’t care about their consumer.

I’ve used this app since June 2019 and was satisfied. Today my phone automatically updated the version of this app to 3.0.1. Previously, I had the paid version so I could use multiple shift icons, no ads, etc. I tried to program my work schedule in today to find I no longer had the required icons and I had ads. I tried to “restore all previous purchases” to no avail. I tried repurchasing the paid version from within the app- no luck, it errored out. So unfortunately I can’t program in my schedule. Will need to switch to another similar app. Pretty disappointed.

Can’t read my notes, the area underneath the calendar is blanked out, can’t select dates to scroll through when trying to change the month, oh and December 2020 doesn’t exist. Been using this for over 4 years. Very disappointed in the update

I have been using this app for years and nary a problem, unless it was my user error. I do wish it had more icons though. The price is right for all it’s capabilities. Bi-annual subscription for $1/month. You can’t beat that.

This is a well thought out shift planning app.
I downloaded approximately 12 different apps to find the one that suited me best and this one came out on top.

I love having the ability to change the icons (it’s the small things) to what I want.

The automatic uploading of shifts to google calendar was the game changer for me. I live off google apps and it means I only have to enter my shifts once and can immediately see if they clash with my other job.

I had one small hiccup with the app and had an extremely prompt response from the support team.

I can’t recommend this app enough!
