La funzione principale di MySindaco è quella di istituire un canale preferenziale per la comunicazione tra il sindaco ed i cittadini. COME FUNZIONA? L'utente cittadino riceve in tempo reale le comunicazioni del sindaco (attraverso notifiche push) senza registrazione; legge e può inviare messaggi/segnalazioni rimanendo in anonimato. L'utente sindaco, utilizzando le credenziali da noi fornite per l'accesso, ha a disposizione tre sezioni: Messaggi inviati: lista di tutti i messaggi inviati, ai quali si può accedere per effettuare modifiche o correzioni. Messaggi ricevuti: lista dei messaggi ricevuti dai cittadini, con indicazione sul codice dell'utente per monitorare segnalazioni provenienti dalla stessa persona. Invia messaggi: modulo per l'invio dei messaggi (titolo, testo ed immagini). Lo scopo è quello di instaurare una comunicazione diretta tra sindaco e cittadini, ricevere feedback, commenti, messaggi e rispondere contemporaneamente a tutti. CARATTERISTICHE PRINCIPALI Il cittadino riceve notifiche push e legge i messaggi del sindaco. Attraverso la sezione "Scrivi al sindaco", a sua volta, può inviare messaggi o segnalazioni di qualsiasi tipo. Il cittadino non è obbligato a registrarsi. Una volta scaricata l'applicazione, deve semplicemente scegliere il comune di appartenenza senza specificare i suoi dati. Tutto nel massimo rispetto della privacy. L'applicazione consente al cittadino di ricevere informazioni preziose senza procedure iniziali. Il sindaco, invece, ha a disposizione uno strumento semplice per rimanere in contatto con i cittadini.
