I select tailnumber, flight number and date for my per diem and always shows NON TRIP RELATED even though it should show TRIP RELATED

Per Diems are unclear and there's no way to cross reference. Horrible app for people who have to fill out the expense we report. Maybe it's good the the accounting department, I don't know.

Always misses receipts, terrible at matching them, have to submit receipts 3 times or more to get them to finally match to expenses. Always has problems and kicks back receipts for duplicates. Terrible app.

I don’t get reimbursed on time because my sky doesn’t send the info to my company. I upload receipts and accounting does not see them. Very bad app

Last update—workflow changes entirely. Rather than iterative updates that improve upon base functionality, let’s just change everything and let the customer figure it out. Given competing products in the space, still at a loss to understand how this does anything to better harmonize and streamline processes. Time to go back to the drawing board, or consider an acquisition by a capable IT firm to fix this mess…assuming anyone believes this is a good idea? Head in hands. Hours I’ll never get back. And time is money!
