Horrible app for people who have to fill out the expense we report. Rather than iterative updates that improve upon base functionality, let’s just change everything and let the customer figure it out. Given competing products in the space, still at a loss to understand how this does anything to better harmonize and streamline processes. Time to go back to the drawing board, or consider an acquisition by a capable IT firm to fix this mess…assuming anyone believes this is a good idea? Head in hands. Hours I’ll never get back. And time is money! ### 1/5 — Using customers as developers *2023-01-27, version 1.3.84* A kludge (see def.) of an app that must be causing all kinds of back office grief and loss of productivity. There are applications that already exist in this professional space that are much more mature with graceful UX/UI. Why this? ### 1/5 — Your app was NEVER ready for “prime time” *2022-12-02* I’d give zero stars if I could. Constantly haranguing by my company for receipts that I upload IMMEDIATELY upon receipt, only to have your garbage app not reconcile them as advertised. Pull your app from the market and fix it, or shut It down! Even Concur was better than this!! Terrible app: DON’T DO THIS TO YOUR EMPLOYEES! SGA role. Pretty easy to use once you understand the mechanics. Does need enhancements though to make it more user friendly. ### 2/5 — Stay away from *2025-02-12* Always misses receipts, terrible at matching them, have to submit receipts 3 times or more to get them to finally match to expenses.
