I think it has gotten worse. I’ve tried to sync 6 times today and every time it says time ran out trying to sync. I can’t believe they can’t do a simple task. ### 1/5 — Some stuff works *2026-01-03* Can’t update pressure and ramp in the app. Stuck with settings on the machine. Great hardware but software needs updating. ### 1/5 — Can’t even register *2025-09-11* While trying to register twice now, the application crashes after I have completed the registration and inputting my OTP and clicking submit. This means I have to start from the beginning registering my new account which is fruitless! ### 1/5 — app doesn’t work *2025-09-10* I tried several times to create an account and log in and it never worked. ### 1/5 — Useless. *2025-09-06, version 1.2.2* I just spent well over 1k$ to get this for a trip and now I can’t even access it. The lil machine seems awesome but the app is useless. It never even sent me a code to finish setting up the account and you can not connect via Bluetooth without an account. You apparently can only change setting with a windows computer NOT iOS compatible. Should have went with the resmed but thought I’d give this a chance. Don’t make the same mistake I did. ### 1/5 — Setup *2025-08-30, version 1.2* You can’t even get through setting up an account without this app shutting off. Tried an iPhone and an iPad. And NOTHING. Shuts off at the code entry that you verify your account.
