This requires resetting your phone to “standard” in order to arm or disarm your alarm. When you’re on full bars, and multiple locations don’t work, then they say reinstall the app. Then when you do, and it still doesn’t work because THE APP is CRAP and broken, they just can’t help you, so you’re screwed. So the person hired to feed your fish can no longer get into your house without you giving them the security code to your house…great. Thanks Slomin a for making me feel safe. That’s sarcasm. Fix it or you will pay for my fish and the emotional distress you caused ### 1/5 — Not good *2022-10-09, version 20.1.1* App doesn’t always connect to the system. So I can’t arm/disarm my alarm. App is also super slow! Sometimes it will load and show the system as it is armed but usually might show armed away when it’s not armed at all or the other way around. Both apps are trash and not helpful to use when arming the security system. Completely different look. Bad colors and clarity. Unable to arm my system because the new app is formatted differently. 3 calls and multiple reinstalls and settings changes App will only display if I change my settings to smallest font None of the reps saw this as an issue.
