Cannot log on back in. Please fix ### 1/5 — Whole app *2026-01-30, version 60* Very disappointed with this App. Always loading when checking data balances, details of extra gb and bonus data balances like that. I can’t believe, why aren’t you guys cannot give the best app in this modern era. Plesse invest some time and funds to this app to make a great app with new features and easy to access and use. Please look at the apps which are available in other countries. Eg: Optus, Vodafone, Telstra ( Australia) Please look into this. Thank you! Disappointing to say that one of the leading telecommunications companies can’t make a good user friendly mobile app to stay connected to their customers. ### 1/5 — Many features are buggy or simply don’t work *2024-03-22* You can only view a detailed report and some days (app you need to pay but online it’s free). Monthly bills are only available days after the month ends. The complaint feature is just for show. Better to go an internet browser to the SLT website than this app ### 2/5 — Please fix the payment portal *2024-01-07, version 1.0.18* In the app, “Pay your SLT bill” section, the payment portal is not good, every time we have to add our card to make payment, and we don’t get any notification, whether the payment is processed or not, it doesn’t show anything, always we have to go back and see, to check whether the payment happened or not. ### 1/5 — Very poor Application *2022-09-21* I don’t know why this developer doesn’t look other competitors application.Functionals are very poor and it makes frustrate the users. ### 3/5 — Learn lessons from Dialog *2022-08-11, version 1.0.10* I have both SLT and Dialog connections and I’m sorry SLT but the Dialog app totally owns yours. You seem to have gone for style over substance and really REALLY basic features like being able to see a full bill (as in an exact replica of the paper bill) simply don’t exist - or if they do are hidden so deep that this user, with a history software product management, cannot find them. It also is a ‘mare to navigate. Way too much mystery meat. Three stars is generous. ### 2/5 — Terrible interface *2022-05-25, version 1.0.10* App works great. Got everything in it. But the interface is terrible. Background images are distracting and the icons look outdated. 2 billion rupee marketing budget should do better than this. ### 2/5 — Cannot pay my bills through this *2021-07-20, version 1.0.8* Don’t know which to blame; the “super fast” internet speeds or the software devs made this “very functional” app. According to SLT call center, every time this app is unresponsive, I have to logout and log back in. Even then, the payment system does not allow me to pay my SLT bill.
