It takes forever just to download a single picture, which makes it basically useless if you need more than one. Even worse, there's no "Download All" option—something that should be a basic feature. Feels like a huge waste of time. They were really helpful & able to get all my photos to me within a couple of days ### 5/5 — The app works fine *2023-03-06* We got 3 photo shoot and all was avaliable in less than an hour in the app, it works fine and downloaded all pictures on the phone no issue. Not sure about all the 1 star reviews ### 5/5 — Worked easy for me *2018-10-28, version 3.2.2* I used the app to just get an online order complete for photo copies from Hard Rock Cafe. Just ran the app, entered the info and it was there to share and save. Just need a code scanner, and boom!!! It worked! ### 5/5 — Good *2018-10-03* This app was realy good ### 4/5 — Does what it’s supposed to *2019-07-23, version 4.4* Had our picture taken on the General Jackson Showboat and received a QR code to retrieve a digital copy. The QR code led us to this app, which I downloaded. So, the thing to keep in mind is that it takes time for the photo to load, especially in this kind of setting where they literally have to set up HUNDREDS of photos at once. Hence why the first time I tried to pull up our photo nothing appeared but by the end of the evening it was there. The only reason I deducted a star is because the “login with facebook” feature didn’t work for me.
