This useless. ### 2/5 — Stop Asking Me to Enable Notifications *2025-10-01* Every time I open the app, a pop-up shows on the screen telling me to enable notifications. I don’t want to enable notifications. I’m perfectly capable of determining what I want and do not want on my phone. I should be able to log into an app to pay my bill or to check my usage without having to be harassed to enable push notifications on my phone. I am a lifelong PUD customer, but this app is awful. Respect the privacy and wishes of your customers and just allow them to do basic functions on the app instead of a bunch of other notification nonsense. ### 1/5 — Is not working *2025-06-05* For several weeks now, I've been having trouble logging in. Every time I select the app, it automatically exits.
