Hate this for adding payment method I can’t see my bill

Once again, I have an outage, and when I go to the app, it says everything is fine. Then I call in and they tell me that yes there is an emergency repair going on in your area. This happens every time I've ever had an outage. Not once is the app properly reflected that, and given me any kind of information. 
I wish they could get this figured out so the app might actually be helpful.

Sparklight was the worst  provider I’ve ever had. And I’ve had HughesNet before. I’ll be watching something and then all of a sudden the internet is restarting itself. Nothing about outages or anything in the area. I was paying way too much to be having so many issues. I decided to get rid of Sparklight and just use the unlimited hotspot data on my phone for the WiFi.

Charge you  another months payment after you disconnect and deactivate your card.  Saying She should have told you we don’t prorate and your next months service started 6 days prior to disconnect even though you paid on the beginning of the month you disconnected. 
Bad business practices all the way around. Offer you lower fees if you’ve found a cheaper and better service. 
Yeah, no thanks!

Even after waiting over 1 hour, and being transferred to incorrect departments, tech support said I could log in after the problem on their end was resolved. I was not able. I’m not able to reset my password either. Not pleased.

Very basic app.   Not useful.  Worthless app.   About the same as you would expect from this company

Absolutely useless garbage. I’ve tried logging in online. It wouldn’t go through so I called tech support and they said try the app. I tried the app, and it said the service is down. This happens every time I try to log in either online or in the app ever since I started the service 2 years ago. I was double-charged for the service and there is nobody who can help with it, and I can’t log in anywhere. Sparklight is a scam, use literally any other provider and save your money and sanity. Worthless embarrassment of a company.

Outrage says no outrages. When you use the link and type in address, it verifies there is indeed an outage. Not necessarily the app but dumb that you can sign up for outage reports and it only reports when you use the link I’m canceling. Service is becoming a problem

Spark light goes down frequently where I live but the app rarely shows there is an outage even though they KNOW 100% there is an outage. All part of data manipulation to say they have good uptime stats probably. I wish there were a good alternative.
