## What is MySportplatz?

Your mobile access to your gym  
With the MySportplatz app, your gym offers you a practical and modern way to manage your workouts and membership, all conveniently from your smartphone! Forget phone calls or visits to the reception desk: with MySportplatz, booking a class with limited spots or a personal training session is quick and easy. Simply select the desired service, schedule the appointment, and you're ready to train. In case of unexpected events, you can also cancel the appointment with just one click, all directly from the app. Your data, such as health profile, fitness level, and progress, is always available to your trainer. This allows your gym team to support and motivate you in the best way possible. In the self-service area of MySportplatz, you can manage your membership completely independently. Update your contact information, change your bank details, or request membership freezes. You can also view the details of your contract directly in the app. Your gym has made everything simple and easy.
