I’ve tried several times to use the App to pay my bill and it won’t let me. I even deleted the app and redownloaded it and still get a window that says I must first install an App update. This App is useless if I can’t use it to pay my bill.

I keep an error on signing into the app. I don't want to get a fine for not paying.

I have been using this app for over 3 years now and I have never had any issues. It sends me a notification saying my bill is due, I open the app and pay the bill, and then I’m good for another month. SRT has been the best service provider I’ve ever had.
