the previous app worked well. after the update trying to change pw is a nightmare! they want you to visit an sss branch such as shortsighted plan. as a overseas user thats impossible

Only the aesthetics of the app upgraded and added a pin security code but everything else is still the same. can’t see the loan history and payments. The access is still limited also the website is broken. It’s asking to download a file instead of directing me to the actual site. So it’s a thumbs down for me. What a letdown.

The app doesn't allow any actions; you can’t view your contribution history. What’s the use of the app if all you see are your details and activity history? Then it crashes again after just 3 seconds. Poor development! Bagong Pilipinas! Embarrassing!

This app doesn’t work at all and with the option using OTP and authenticator app it always say”invalid” pin. I feel worse for our oldies or peeps who are not phone savvy! Why don’t you invest in a better solution or just send a one time code via email??

Useless app. Everytime I put my CRN to change my password it tells me to try again later. Really?? The government should allot more funds to develop these apps. We are soooo left behind.
