MyStart Plus™ is the fastest, easiest, most versatile and complete telematics system utilizing a smartphone solution to stay connected with your vehicle from anywhere in the world. Using the MyStart Plus™ app, you can control your vehicle doors (Lock/Unlock), remote start or Stop your engine and even find your current vehicle’s location.

PROFESSIONNAL INSTALLATION REQUIRED
In order to use MyStart Plus™ on your vehicle, a MyStart Plus™ device and compatible remote starter must be installed onto your vehicle. To find an authorized MyStart Plus™ retailer, visit https://mystartplus.com/find-a-dealer.html

INTERNET CONNECTION REQUIRED
In order to use the MyStart Plus™ App, it will require a connection to the internet via cellular or WiFi.

OPERATING NETWORK
900 MHz wireless network. The system is being operated using the Otodata Wireless Network, which currently covers a a vast territory in Quebec and Ontario. You will be surprised by how fast the system works compared to traditional remote key fob or cellular based car starters.

Good app haven’t had any trouble with it. I’ve had it for 6 years the only thing is it doesn’t show is my car Qashqai 2023 can you please add this to the car list? Or maybe update the list of cars. Thank you

Lack of transparency in their product since they do not tell you that the cell system linked to this product expires and or is not supported by the company for more than a couple of years. A little more than 3 year of usage and now told that they will stop supporting my model in a near future. The option it to buy their newer model at 50% off and pay to have it installed.

Had a remote start installed and thought the one time price was good for the life of the vehicle.  Now we received notice that the app is no longer supported and we must purchase the new one at $150.  This was not explained up front.  Now we are worried that we pay and they do this again in a couple of years.

Je n’ai jamais choisi cette application merdique, elle venait avec la voiture et bug constamment! Et maintenant je reçois un avis datant de décembre 2024 (nous sommes en avril 2025) indiquant que nous devons payer un supplément pour avoir encore accès au serveur car ils n’updateront plus « l’ancienne version » donc je me retrouve pénalisée parce que le concessionnaire avait installé ce programme, refuse de payer cette augmentation comme la voiture a été achetée il y a 2 ans, c’est vraiment frauduleux et une façon terrible de traiter ses clients! Bref, si vous n’êtes pas obligé, choisissez un autre service!

App and receiver work when they want. Massive upgrade needs to happen for functionality. I’ve tried starting my car standing in front of it and receiver won’t record the signal sometimes

L’application ne montre pas a 90% du temps que la voiture est partie , le service a la clientèle un gros 0 … il ne veulent pas t’aider… de plus celui qui la installé bien je peux conduire ma voiture sans clef ! Je vais acheté un autre Toyota bientôt… je vous jure que cela n’entre plus dans ma voiture!
