I am already logged in. I tried contacting them but it’s been over 3 weeks and no one has gotten back to me. When your phone’s memory (RAM) is full the app won’t start your car properly. But when it doesn’t…. It’s frustrating. There has not been an update of the app for a very long time and maybe this causes the app not to work. The starter with my keys works great, but the app should help start the car from a distance - which it does not always work. Je suis aller chez le concessionnaire, même le technicien semblait découragé sans trop se mouiller..depuis un an que le fonctionnement est on and off! Heureusement ça venait avec l’ensemble du véhicule ..et la garantie couvre le problème. A little more than 3 year of usage and now told that they will stop supporting my model in a near future. Warning!!! *2025-11-04, version 4.4.15* Had a remote start installed and thought the one time price was good for the life of the vehicle. Now we received notice that the app is no longer supported and we must purchase the new one at $150. This was not explained up front. Now we are worried that we pay and they do this again in a couple of years. ### 1/5 — Bug et maintenant nous demande de payer un supplément *2025-04-20, version 4.4.14* Je n’ai jamais choisi cette application merdique, elle venait avec la voiture et bug constamment! Et maintenant je reçois un avis datant de décembre 2024 (nous sommes en avril 2025) indiquant que nous devons payer un supplément pour avoir encore accès au serveur car ils n’updateront plus « l’ancienne version » donc je me retrouve pénalisée parce que le concessionnaire avait installé ce programme, refuse de payer cette augmentation comme la voiture a été achetée il y a 2 ans, c’est vraiment frauduleux et une façon terrible de traiter ses clients! Mais la mise à jour de la température et de niveau de charge de la batterie n’apparaît toujours pas, alors que ça fonctionne dans Evo Start 2. Je ne trouve aucun moyen de revenir au skin par défaut et ne plus voir celui de mon installateur.
