## What is MyStats Fitness?

The MyStats Fitness app is developed for Coaches and Trainers. The app keeps track of all your clients, their workouts and your custom workout templates. You can create and edit workouts for each client, workouts are timestamped with the current date and all workouts and dates can be updated. You can also create custom workout templates that can be easily selected and added for any workout that you want to create, saving you time so that you don't have to keep writing the same workouts over and over again.

Note: There is no back-end service or database where data is stored. All data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the app off of your phone then all your data will be permanently deleted.
