The “your Commitments” section does not display all active commitments and lacks a “View All” option, making it impossible to see full details directly within the app. To review everything, I am forced to open the bill !!!, which frequently fails to load due to the app freezing!!!!. There is also a major issue with the Qitaf Rewards section. When attempting to redeem any reward, the app shows a message asking me to pay my bill even though it has already been paid, which prevents me from using my rewards!!!. In addition, I am unable to edit or update my contact details. The alternative number, email address, and physical address cannot be changed in the Contact Details section.
