UNPLAYABLE *2023-02-11, version 1.0.3* Three minutes into the game and you have to find a hidden object that isn’t on the screen and there is no way out of it. App Store won’t allow a refund request. ### 1/5 — Glitched… *2022-11-10, version 1.0.3* Some puzzles will not complete due to bugs. I stopped at the “skeleton jaw opening” one due to bug. I reviewed several walkthroughs, but they all said the same thing. ### 1/5 — LISTEN TO THIS REVIEW! *2022-10-12, version 1.0.3* Alas, like the other bad reviewers, I ignored the reviews because I thought, ‘blue brain made other great games, surely this is similar’. I WAS WRONG! Don’t waste your money. There was a glitch that prevented me from moving forward not that far into the game. It was impossible to move past and they haven’t updated in 6 years! So, take our advice-spend your money on something else! ### 1/5 — Unplayable on the phone. *2022-04-20, version 1.0.3* The app isn’t full screen on the phone and the app will not allow it to be. The premise is good but the game is super glitchy. Inventory is not very compatible with devices that don’t have a home button and the touchable areas are often too small. I was dealing with it anyway until the second chapter, where I literally cannot click the last item in a hidden object game. I even looked at the walkthrough to make sure I was doing it right. Clearly they have not QAd this game for the newer versions of iOS or for devices with a high resolution. Since it’s a paid game I would expect much better. Honestly a shame because the game itself is fun, but this port is just totally unplayable. What a waste. ### 1/5 — Frustrating Interruption *2020-10-25, version 1.0.3* This game was enjoyable with an engaging storyline until I got to the forest and then couldn’t find all of the hidden objects. Perplexed, I caved, and when I looked at a walkthrough, I discovered that I didn’t have the full screen option turned on in the game, and so some items weren’t even visible to me. The game would not let me turn on the full screen (there was apparently the option to do so, but when I clicked the button nothing happened), so I can’t finish the game, and I was just getting to the good part where the magic seemed like it was about to begin. I also noticed that there hasn’t been an update to this app in 4 years. I feel very frustrated and disappointed that I paid for a game I couldn’t even play all the way through and that I wasted so much of my time getting to the forest. I downloaded this game, because I had just finished The Da Vinci House by Blue Brain Games (absolutely incredible game) and expected that this game would be awesome since it was made by the same company, but not if you have a newer operating system.
