How about one that has service wide outrages that prevent anyone from using the service? THIS FOR YOU. I signed up for a subscription while in Europe in January 2026 and requested to cancel in February. I was still getting charged as of June and had to get my credit card company to reject the charge. Even after emailing them multiple times I still receive bills as of late June, which they claimed I never told them why I wanted to cancel when I requested the cancellation multiple times. Can’t trust them.
