So, I’m on a puzzle binge & just discovered your Mystery Box collection. It’s so nice to see lovely clean graphics, not sure that’s the correct term, with mechanical puzzles to solve, I’m sure they’ll progressively become more demanding. As I use my iPad with my games I’ve not come across the ‘Back’ arrow before, I generally pinch the screen to zoom out so that’s been something different for me to grasp….. so to speak.

My selection of games keep me company when I find myself ‘out of action’ due to a long term injury. Happy discovery for me, off to exercise my brain some more. Thanks.

I'm finding that I’m having to get help on some because there are some buttons that are missing in the game (for example, I just had to look at the walk through for the wooden box because I could not figure out how to move the round pieces; turns out the walkthrough had buttons not shown in game).  It's not the first time finding missing components that the walkthrough had, or had differently than what is shown.  

The game is pretty.  There is no storyline, though.  The boxes, once you understand the general premise, are fairly simple to solve.  Would like more challenges, additional layers, and more parts to discover, then use later, etc.  It's a good start; it feels like a college kid’s first try at this type of game design.

Everything was fine and I was up to the Pearl Box Pack when there was an update and all my progress was lost. I restarted at the Metal Box and even though all levels are 2/2, the game says I am missing a tile. Of course it doesn't say which one. One more try and that is it for me. Nice game otherwise.

There is a puzzle on the side, moving gears. You have to get the ball bearing from one end of the puzzle to the other on this level. Every time you hit the gear, it bounces out of the box and on top and you have to exit out of the game and come back into the game that is the only problem my phone otherwise this game is a wonderful game.

Easy to understand the concept and the graphics are lovely and clear. But trickier often than it looks so keeps my mind busy. Love it.

Beautiful graphics, easy to use mechanics, great puzzles, I especially like that you have to push a button to open the box so you can’t cheat by inputting lots of different answers, very clever design means every side needs to be correct to open the box. The sound effects are also great and the music too. Really great game. Good job! 👍

I’m enjoying this game but when I complete level 8, it isn’t registering and still marks it as 0/2 so I can’t continue to the final puzzle.  

Other than that frustrating glitch, I’m enjoying the game and would give it 4.5-5 stars rather than 3

I really like this type of game and bought the premium pack after the first level.  However, some of the hints are missing and there doesn’t seem to be any way to make them show up.  I click on hint and nothing happens.  I go to a different level and it works.  Then another level and it won’t work.  Very frustrating.

Mystery Box — Hidden Secrets, Evolution and the Room as well — are all enjoyable games. 

Most puzzles moderately difficult, but a few required the built-in hint to solve. 

I wrote developer for advice to solve one of the last boxes in the final stage of the room — received response w/in a day! (ty).

I look forward to the next app in the mystery box series!

You are supposed to be able to build an invention after completing levels. I finished the metal box and have 32/16 pieces but it states I haven’t collected all pieces. 
Not going to purchase an app that doesn’t work.

The graphics for many of the boxes’ interactive features like buttons, squares, etc. that you are required to click/operate don’t appear even after rebooting my iPad. First time it happen was very frustrating as of course I couldn’t interact with the game. Finally resorted to looking up a YouTube video and saw that my screens were missing key graphic components. Clicking on were the buttons were supposed to be did eventually work, but the game is essentially unplayable.

Bought the “Premium pack” for all four games thinking less money and easier to move through games. WRONG. Finished first set and when I got to the second set could only play first two boxes then wants me to pay $4.99 to keep playing! Tried to “Restore Purchase” but just has the screen blink on and off. On a good note, I contacted support and they promptly replied, twice, but after showing them the problem they said it was an Apple Store problem (within the app??). Said if they (Apple) charged me they would refund on PayPal. Ok but what happens on the third set, then the fourth…. What a pain. Repeat and request refund wait and track. Repeat. What a pain. The game is ok and nice time waster. Nothing too deep. I want to keep playing and would not give 1 star except for the restore purchase problem. Another issue is that the game does not remember your progress (except completed ones). If you start a box and are part way through and stop you need to start all over. Also does not even translate that over to a different device, start all over for all. Used to be games connected through Apple and always remember but not here. They said the last two games of the series do have a “memory” of progress but not the first two. Seems like they would fix that. Not sure what I am going to do for this second set just don’t want to pay and wait for a “ refund”. Especially to have to repeat that for two more. Frustrated.

Tried to get a hint. Watched 2 ads and was given the hint of “after you solve the puzzles, push the big button.” Yeah, real helpful there - THAT PART WAS OBVIOUS. Next ad gave a hint, but it flashed on the screen and disappeared before it could be read. Hints must stay long enough to read. Next ad-watching revealed the same hint as the first time of pushing the big button.

Seriously, all this developer did was rig the game such that you’re watching ad-revenue more than actually playing it. And don’t ask for a hint or you’ll be in an ad loop that you can’t escape from.

This needs to be fixed. I’m deleting this one. There are too many good puzzle games out there that don’t do this.

Ich finde Werbung um zu Spielen grundsätzlich fair, aber hier wurde eindeutig über die Stränge geschlagen. Beim vierten Rätsel steckte ich fest. Wenn ich dann einen Hinweis gegen Werbung kaufe, kommt nach 30 Sekunden nerviger Werbung der Tipp: “Wenn du alle Rätsel gelöst hast, dann drücke den Knopf, um die Kiste zu öffnen.“ Das ist natürlich unterirdisch.

**Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback, you know, hints are relative to each side, so the side with the big button gives you that hint because you need to solve riddles on the other side if the box, so turn it and check for another hint while facing that other side ;)

This is great for puzzle lovers. Makes you think, no two puzzles are the same Challenging but solvable. My only suggestion would be to add a hint when you think you have solved the all the puzzles. A clue as to which one is wrong and a second hint as to how to solve it if asked.

Mystery Box 1~5 and Cryptex 1~3 are really interesting, but sometimes I don’t understand it at all. I really don’t know that the letter of “Tears of the Dragon “on the Mystery Box 3 is not correct,and the 9th letter of “The Artifacts Room “on the homepage is too. But I Can’t Think Of Anything Else.

I thing I found amazing about this game and most of the other games made by this developer is that there are usually no ads that’s all I have to say about this.
