Doesn’t seem to be the same artistry that was in the older games. They look a bit elementary to me. Also I’m senior and after I use the question mark to tell me what to do in the puzzle games, I can’t remember it for very long so I have to be constantly going back and forth from the puzzle to the explanation of the puzzle. It would be so much better to have the instructions in a box on the side where I could refer to them often. Also where is the BONUS game? Many of my favorites are MCF games. I don’t know what’s happened but Eipix seems to have lost the plot on this one. This storyline is absurd, characters are unimaginative, hidden object screens are just plain silly and the puzzles, which is my main reason for playing, are nonsensical and tailored to school children. I’ll be exceptionally careful about purchasing games from this developer in the future. ### 1/5 — Injouable sur petit écran (iPhone 12pro Max) *2021-01-11, version 1.0.0* Les jeux de big fish game sont super bien. Seulement l’équipe par manque de moyen certainement n’adapte pas le co tenue du jeux a son support mais ne fait qu’un simple portage « copié-collé » du jeux PC d’origine. Cela nuit grandement à l’expérience utilisateur. Premièrement le jeux n’est pas adapté au écran large (iPhone X et supérieur), cela veux dire qu’un cadre noir est présent tout autour du jeux ! De plus la résolution du jeux reste inchangée ce qui fait que Sur petit écran il est impossible de lire les sous titres, et même de voir des détails nécessaire au jeux. Le premier casse tête (celui de l’ambulance) est déjà un défi en lui même niveau maniabilité. Bref toute la lignée des jeux big fish game est faite comme ça. Game was worse than I remembered - it crashed before I was able to complete bonus chapter. Screen froze, I closed and reopened and could not get back to where you select bonus chapter, thereby rendering it is accessible for me to finish. Mini games were either laughably simple or diabolically impossible to understand. I would not buy this game for any more than a few dollars at the very most. (Playing on a newer iPad Pro) Major pros: VG graphics, what you'd expect from MCF.....some clever mini-games and HOPs (I like the game-within-a-game HOPs) Major cons: 1) Most HOPs are too dark - I thought they could have developed more cleverly-hidden objects, as opposed to just darkening the screen to make it more difficult. 2) The mini game instructions were either unclear, or made solving way too easy. No consistency. I've made this game last as I got easily bored/frustrated, and left it alone for a few days at a time. I wouldn’t say they are the hardest Ive ever come across, but they put them in at the right times and it works nicely. *You can replay all the hidden object scenes whenever you want after you’ve finished the full game *There are a few difficulty levels to choose from and there is always the “hint” button if you ever need it. *The price is fantastic for what you get! And Big Fish Games has the best options for this style of game: a little detective work, HOS, location changes, thought puzzles (although I always skip the math ones haha,) etc. *Big Fish Games has the best graphics out there for this kind of game. I would recommend all of their Mystery Case Files Collection including Ravenhurst as well as their Bound series and Queen Sands. 5 stars from me!
