While I’m trying to book a visit the same day, the application freezes and it doesn’t let me to login. Since there is no reimbursement for the travel, I have to leave the location without visiting.

This is by far the best app I have used for mystery shopping!! The location and map features make it so easy to locate visits near me and the discounts I get from my fav places is great! Totally recommend HGEM ignore the negatives they clearly don’t know how to use the app!!!

Started using this new version when it was first release and was unsure about it and there was a few niggles but not sure what they have changed but WOW it is fantastic. Easy to find visits, the map feature is a game changer, easy to see visit details and then book. Doing the report is so simple and it just works.

Looks totally different to previous version, but so much now missing that was available before. Can’t see any positive improvements in this version.

So I can now see just nearby visits. Without the recently added filter I can’t book hotels as I don’t want to stay in a hotel in my own town and I’m not able to spend hours looking at the whole country 
I used to book a hotel and a view visits nearby but won’t be doing this anymore without a recently added feature 
There must be a reason you’ve moved away from this but it makes the whole package much less interesting. I find I now look once a week rather than three or four times a day

I never had an issue with the old version of this app but the new filtering is awful. PLEASE bring back the recently added filter, and list view that isn’t related to the map. Shame to ruin something that was perfectly functional.
