Every time I enter my username and password the boxes all slide to the top and you can’t do anything but force closes the app. As a frequent mystery diner on the go a working app would be very handy **Developer response:** Thanks for the review. Without the recently added filter I can’t book hotels as I don’t want to stay in a hotel in my own town and I’m not able to spend hours looking at the whole country I used to book a hotel and a view visits nearby but won’t be doing this anymore without a recently added feature There must be a reason you’ve moved away from this but it makes the whole package much less interesting. I find I now look once a week rather than three or four times a day What a shame **Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to share this. PLEASE bring back the recently added filter, and list view that isn’t related to the map. So I gave up. ### 1/5 — App freezes mid-review *2025-03-09* The app has started randomly crashing mid-review if you navigate to a different app and come back. And no auto save so it loses all progress. Please add an auto save feature. Would also love an enhanced filter option to pick by visit category - same as is available on the website. ### 1/5 — Remember to screenshot your brief *2023-12-15* Just some advice to potential HGEM mystery shoppers, it’s worth taking screenshots of the brief because after you’ve submitted the report you then can’t access the brief - and if the company says you didn’t follow it, it’s hard to prove that you did!! ### 1/5 — Poor App *2023-10-04* This is a poor app and falls down at the first hurdle of registration. No password reset option and login doesn’t work even after verification code sent. Not worth the hassle. ### 1/5 — Awful!!! *2023-06-25* The app is very annoying and randomly crashes whenever I’m writing my report meaning I have to regularly save for fear of starting again. Also on the final check screen it often gets stuck and doesn’t move past a certain point (this also happens on the safari browser). The location and map features make it so easy to locate visits near me and the discounts I get from my fav places is great! It makes finding and booking visits super easy. You can filter to find visits recently added or nearby, as well as in other locations. The map view shows the exact location of the visit as well, so you can see straight away where it is. It was very straightforward to fill out the questionnaire via the app and upload photos directly from my phone. I noticed a review from two years ago was someone with the exact same issue. Mine worked fine until very recently. I’ve got the most up to date version of the app and I’ve got an iPhone 11 with the most up to date iOS. HELP! When it works, I love it, would be giving it five stars 👍🏼 ### 2/5 — Booking bug *2026-06-22* While I’m trying to book a visit the same day, the application freezes and it doesn’t let me to login.
