Plus, the daily gifts are frequently not boosters to help with passing levels! It’s hard enough to pass the levels then uses up too many points for ridiculous quests such as opening a safe or hanging a picture! I’m ready to delete this game! I already deleted Manor Matters because they suddenly stopped giving daily gifts plus again, the same issues as above! ### 3/5 — Good but could be great *2026-08-11, version 4.0.1* I downloaded this game because I really enjoy. “matching games” This game also provided a puzzle and mystery element that appealed to me. I enjoy the gameplay and the story, and the overall “vibe” of the game. However, I must say that I am frustrated with the amount of “super hard” levels that I have been hit with. It seems every fifth or sixth level is “super hard”. I end up having to spend all my coins and/or specials just to beat the level. Additionally, acquiring specials, such as the rake or hammer is all but impossible unless you pay for them. These elements make what could potentially be a great, fun game into just a good game. I will probably hang with it for another month or two to see if things improve. ### 4/5 — Great game but.. *2026-07-30, version 3.9.5* It’s a great game, but it’s ALWAYS raining. I wish there was a way to turn it OFF. Not a fan with seeing it. And this is a really fun game, until the matching puzzle for earning points to continue the story becomes too difficult to complete. It often takes way too many attempts to gain only five or seven points per win. And when one task for the mystery takes 16-25 points to continue, it’s become burdensome to advance the storyline. For me, the story is the fun part. I do like the puzzles, but when they become almost impossible to complete, it’s very frustrating. ### 2/5 — Has Asian stereotypes *2026-07-25, version 3.9.5* A great game over all with a good story but it has Asian stereotypes in there. It would be better not to include an Asian character if they were going to portray her as naive and overly helpful. Even her outfit is stereotypically Asian. It’s nothing but a freaking money racket. ### 2/5 — Technische Probleme *2026-07-18* Level 9951 seit einiger Zeit häufen sich die Probleme. Zum einen hängt sich das Spiel auf oder es stürzt ab. Derzeit komme ich nicht mehr weiter, da das Spiel bei 0 Zügen nicht mehr reagiert. Das ist sehr ärgerlich wenn man sich mühsam Booster frei gespielt hat. Auch schafft man kaum ein Level, ohne sich weitere Züge zu kaufen. Die Sammlungen sind ne schöne Idee aber wenn man sie kaum voll bekommt, nervt es nur. Klar, muss Geld verdient werden aber wenn das Spiel dann so extrem anzieht, wird sicherlich das Gegenteil erreicht. Ich habe immer gern den Pass gekauft aber unter diesen Voraussetzungen gebe ich keinen Cent mehr aus. Ich spiele noch ein anderes Spiel auch da gibt es hin und wieder technische Probleme, nach Behebung gibt es immer ein kleines Entschuldigungsgeschenk. Das habe ich hier noch nie erlebt. However, over the last two days there has been a glitch that keeps making me lose my bonuses. I will clear everything but one of the required items will still show that it has not cleared. Nothing I do makes that item clear because it is not present on the board. It also doesn’t drop down from above the board either. This has happened enough times now that it has become very frustrating. I usually have to start the level again to make it clear so I lose the extra bonuses I earned. Used to be able to use stars upfront to skip through all tasks at once to start a new day. No longer have a storyline to earn/use power ups to solve mysteries. Main storyline seems pointless and very boring. As much as I’ve played to get through the days, I have yet to unlock new locations. Some bugs I reported were fixed whereas other bugs ‘apparently’ didn’t exist even with photo (screenshot) and video (screen record) evidence - bizarre. Now a new bug. Have been accused of cheating because of progress and balance - they auto locked the account after reaching a significant milestone in coins. They say I either downloaded the app from unofficial sources or maybe I edited the game files. I have done neither, simply played their game as is from the official Apple App Store - warts and all. Customer Support really bad when they ‘think’ you have been cheating and don’t want to know, to even entertain the possibility it was a false flag and the player is actually innocent. They have never heard of Occam’s razor so close minded. Anyway, take screenshots and video evidence when you can of issues - not that they are interested in them. But for your own sanity. Avoid for your mental health and well-being. Regret spending any money on this now. ### 1/5 — If I wanted to play candy crush I’d download that *2026-05-29, version 3.8.0* As title says.
