Just for $15 you get endless entertainment. Good variety in puzzles -- not too difficult. Nice graphics. The kind of game you can pick up again if interrupted and not be hopelessly lost. Notebook records the important clues. There's a map, though you don't really need it. Good brain exercises. ### 5/5 — A sequel that is actually better than the original *2016-11-14, version 1.2* I have really enjoyed the original game, so the second that I was done with it I have purchased the sequel, and boy, was it worth the money. The sequel retains the same charming style of the original, with realistic scenes and eerie audio, but it improves on some of the controls(love the new diary!) and brings about even more challenging puzzles! I am a huge fan of point&click adventure games and I do love a good challenge - the original was very good, but I felt that the sequel upped the ante. The storyline was more complex this time around and the way that it was all connected through the puzzles and the diary entries was very intricate, you get hints of what is going on here and there, but will only find the real answer in the last scene. I love that each puzzle is different, so you have to use a new approach every time, which only makes things more interesting. There was 1 puzzle that did leave me completely stumped, so much so that I had to actually look up a solution online, which I never do. When the solution just showed what you need to end up with, I messaged the creators of the app in search of the answer on what the actual thinking process behind the puzzle is and got a very extensive reply really fast, which also makes me applaud their customer service. Overall, I think the game is worth the price and is a great way to spend a few hours! ### 5/5 — My favorite games *2016-10-27, version 1.2* THESE are my favorite games, I don't want to shoot people or cut up zombies, gimme a game I have to explore and unravel anytime. Great follow up to the 1st.....bring on a third! There are too few of you out there....much better than basic escape or door games. With that said, it's a solid game but like many sequels couldn't quite live up to the first part. Story is okay. Puzzles were okay. Needed to use clues to get a a couple of puzzle pieces. In certain games there is only “Get” which has IAP and a version for purchase. If you purchased the game it should be available for download. So Apple blames the developer and the developer blames Apple. Where does that leave the consumer? In both of them had a part that I could not get past no matter what I did and now I can't even get them to run. And trying to swipe makes the app close out. This Part 2 was even better. Increased quality overall. Loved its music. Surprisingly, this one did not feel short at all. Don't know why, but I always love these spooky environments. Concluded with an actual good story ending helped bring this spooky experience to a nice closure.
