There are so many issues with this game where it doesn’t seem to have been scaled properly for an iPad screen. A number of puzzles have the touch point about an inch to the right of the item you want to select. The switch animals door puzzle in the bonus level is so bad, that you can’t even see one of the animals, making the game unplayable. Oh well!

The story and game themselves are great, but the game will only let you use objects if you put them in EXACTLY the right place. It takes up to 20 attempts to use an object for it to actually work. I’ve almost deleted the game like 6 times. Ridiculously frustrating.

The game is good but there is a bug that causes it to crash and stop completely. You must then start the mini-game or the puzzle again.
Please correct it because it's quite unpleasant

Nice game but still have problem with some of the games freezing up.

Really enjoying this games but unfortunately there’s a glitch so I’m stuck on the 2nd to last chapter and can go no further. Lovely graphics and game play but feel like it’s been a waste of my time and effort due to the fact I can’t complete 😢

After tapping all under objects and areas and sometimes in weird places to activate tasks and get objects and having to reopen game after it closes itself a few times, I was able to complete the game. Don’t can be done but it’s a little like pulling teeth, a slow grueling process… it would be a great game if not for those problems

I was enjoying this F2P game but, I am just making a review to let you know, I came across a glitch in the back room of the Police Department.  I was unable to reset or exit the puzzle without completely closing down the game.  Sorry for the 3 stars because it would likely had been more had I been able to continue.

The touch coordinates for the puzzle on the right hand wall of the room containing the laptop computer are all wrong, so you cannot select the objects, or get the paper clue to display. The exit from the puzzle touch point seems to be about an inch to the right of the X button. IPad 12.9” IPadOS 16.3.1

Decided to play the game again and was disappointed to find that the above issue had not been resolved and that a second mini-game (the one with the dynamite had exactly the same problem. 
Come on guys, surely the fix isn’t that tricky!!

Hello, I have many, I mean a whole lot of your games and most are fantastic! I know there are glitches here and there sometimes but this one is glitching from the start. Inside the house on phone table, the screwdriver will not go to fasten screw. So I deleted and redownload game to try to fix it cause sometimes that works, but second time I couldn’t even get into the house, the spatula would not dig in flower pot. Which I knew it was suppose to because I had just did that in first attempt to play. Just wanted to let you know the problem that starts in the very beginning of game because I really do enjoy playing your games, thank you for taking the time to read this and I will be waiting for an update to the game to correct the bugs lol.

Fun game, but several puzzles don't work correctly. Alignment issue causes taps to be registered in the wrong places (to the left by a cm or so). The typewriter is one such one.

The game is ok but the amount of bugs is atrocious. If they fixed all the many many bugs it would be an okey game. But the bugs are so bad that some of them you even have to close the game down and re-open it. Even some of the mini games are bugged where you have to hit about a cm to the side of the target you’re trying to hit. The bugs make it nearly unplayable.

Whenever I try to x out of viewing puzzle game locks up and I have to restart. I have the clue to assist solving, but it won’t let me use it. I click on the code sheet and the flashlight pops up and game freezes once again.

I have played a lot of their games and like the others, this was enjoyable. If you hate the game because of it’s hard then watch ads to get coins for assistance. They will fix the bug soon, and I will love to complete it when the time comes
