I Play with the FREE COINS DAILY, And I have Warned Them Repeatedly, When We We’re Going To Have Live Sessions Online To Show Everyone Who Wanted Proof, To Have An Opportunity To Watch and See How They Take Your Money And Steal Your Money, And How 9 out of 10 times The Three Hand Blackjack 4-5 Out Of 10 First Hands The Site Hits 21 and How When the Player Doubles Down the Player Gets A 2,3 or a 4 - 55% of the Time, and if the player has an 11 - The Player On a Double down, Gets an ACE 30% and 9, 10 or ACE LESS THAN 10% OF THE TIME, WHICH IS OUT OF CONTROL, And After The Internet Was Buzzing about their Deceitful Practice and Blatant Scamming, I Was Told That The Roulette Game Was Their Biggest scam and when I played It, I Started Off Playing Normal, With The First 100 Spins Never Hitting A # That paid Above the BET, So I Deliberately Filled The Game With My Free Coins and Put $50,000 on Every # ACCEPT THE # 4 and 11, I Left Empty And Commented that they Better Not BE SO OBVIOUS TO HIT ONE OF THOSE #s BECAUSE IT WOULD BE PROOF OF THE GAMES BEING MANIPULATED, I HIT SPIN AND WHEN THE BALL DROPPED ON THE WHEEL, I SWEAR TO GOD, AND ON MY MOTHERS GRAVE, THE BALL BOUNCED UP AND DOWN 5 TIMES ON #11 AND ON THE FIFTH BOUNCE IT LANDED ON # 4 !!!!!! I just about passed Out, And Left a Message To there Sit, The time it was and that they needed to go back and Watch the Video and Correct The Blatant Scamming, or we were going to Contact the The Federal Online Gaming Commission and Report Them, Then We got a Response Asking What Game and Approximate Time this Happened !!!! No response after sending them a copy of the initial Complaint, Nothing Since!!!! But Feed The Scenario Of That Spin Into A Computer, And See The Percentage of that Spin! I’ve been using it for a long time without issues, but for whatever reason they decided to do something with the account requiring a reset or something. There’s a reset link, but nothing happens. Been waiting 3 days for my reset link. I contacted their support, but they have no way to send a link manually or reset a password. The only solution at this point is to go to the casino and reset it there, which for an IT guy is hard to understand. Pretty easy to set up a reset routine. Honestly there never was much that was useful, so I just deleted it and will enjoy the casino without it. New update fixed bug! *2022-04-01* I’ve had the Mystic app for a few years now and updates from play can take a few minutes sometimes. I’m able to book a hotel room if I like, check upcoming promos, see the menus of restaurants and hours they are open. The Slot Finder works correctly, you just need to look for the slot in the area shown, it’s not exactly where you might think it is, but around the other side of that bank of slots. I open the app daily, I’m not sure why because I only go to the casino once or twice a week and my points don’t change if I’m not playing.. I guess I like to verify where I am 😂! I check the Tier benefits… and the bug I complained about in 3/2022 has been fixed 4/2022. This is the best way to do it. Wish this application has some of my favorite slots on it though. Don’t get me wrong I love the bonuses and all the fun things and the games, but if the slots that I would normally play when I’m at Mystic Lake were on the app it would be even better.
