## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.0.11 — 2026-08-21

• Going back now returns you to the screen you came from. Cancelling a session started from a personal best no longer drops you on the generic PBs page, and the back stack no longer grows as you move between tabs.
• Leaving a session with unsaved changes now asks for confirmation instead of discarding your edits.
• Smoother keyboard handling on the login, sign-up, and password-reset screens — input fields no longer end up hidden behind the keyboard.

### 1.0.9 — 2026-08-06

• Share your training — a new share card lets you post session recaps and personal bests
• Nothing gets lost — monitoring and in-session values now survive an app restart
• Strength training — values from your last exercise are filled in automatically
• Fixed sessions sometimes appearing on the wrong day
• Fixes to the Training Analysis back button, Edit button placement, and share card visuals

### 1.0.6 — 2026-06-30
