App is worthless- the manual control for the floor takes a bit to manage but we just leave it on 24/7. Does not recognize my ORBI ROUTER. Buyer regret is very high with this product, it’s a waste of money. I’ve had floor heat before and it worked great. But this was a new construction condo and I paid extra for this feature which I can’t control. Hoping I can get satisfaction through the developer and my warranty. I have not been able to get it to actually even stay open to use. I have had to program the thermostat manually with the features I bought the thermostat unable to be used. Every attempt at opening results in a full crash. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2024-01-19, version 1.10.2* When filling in the required information during set up, if you leave the app registration page to get the required information, the app resets to the first page of the registration and erases all of the previously entered data like address, wifi password, wattage rate, etc. forcing you to start over. I can see why the app gets an inordinate number of poor reviews. What a waste of time. Had I know about this I would have chosen a different floor heating system. ### 1/5 — Absolute Garbage *2024-01-18, version 1.10.2* I wish our contractor had given us any other choices as this floor heating system is complete garbage. The only way to really know that this system is doing something is by checking your energy bill go up like crazy. The settings make no sense on the computer and half the room sensors loose wifi connection all the time. The app on the phone doesn’t even have an off button. It is an embarrassment for this company. I am going to see if I can swap the control unit with another brand. I have to enter everything if anything goes wrong during the setup process. There are no keyboard memory items (eg address) so I am entering my address each time, everything about the thermostat each time, etc. The scroll wheels work sometimes and not others, so I have to select wrong things before I can select right things. This company needs to hire a decent app developer. I reached out to support and got no response. Starting with bogus QR code on the instructions. I looked up the app in the App Store. Good grief this is the worst app I’ve ever encountered. ### 1/5 — Utter garbage! *2025-11-06, version 1.10.2* Worst piece of software I've seen in my life with the matching cloud support. Account can only be created from the app, from the web you only can login... or can you? It never worked for me. To create account the app asks for your email and the new password twice. You are not allowed to paste into any field in the app - you have to type everything manually. You cannot use password manager either. You cannot login with Apple or Google. Ok, you entered everything manually and it wants you to enter the code sent to your email. Guess what - that email never comes. I tried with three different email addresses. Even without email confirmation account still considered created. If you try to create new account with this email it would tell you that email is already used. Now try to reset the password (it can only be done from the web, not from the app. You enter the same email again and it tells you that email is not found. Check mate. Utter garbage. And that is after you pay $350 for their WiFi enabled thermostat. The app, up until a few weeks ago that I can tell, worked fine. I was able to monitor the temperatures and make adjustments via my phone. Then something happened, perhaps a update, that now I can only monitor my system but make no changes via my app. Which makes the app virtually useless.
