I’m saddened to have to use this app again because my provider had to switch. This app and even the website is finicky and every video visit is hard to join. I made a selection and it shuts out every time. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my phone, closed all apps and it does the same thing. I do not have this issue with any other app. I have sufficient storage space. It’s the app. I wish someone would look into this because it can highly deter someone from seeking the help they need.

The app perpetually crashes when I try to read messages or reschedule appointments. Very frustrating.  I just spent 30 minutes in the phone with a wonderfully friendly call center staff person so I could reschedule my appointment.  When the app works it’s fine…but not great. For example, The video screen is small to see my provider.

Crashes a lot, hard to find information you need. Gives you a million reminders but none with a link.  Feels like it’s intentionally trying to get you not to make an appointment with an actual person. I gave up. Will try again when I can switch providers which might be what Kaiser was trying to accomplish.

This app is almost impossible to use. It crashes and closes repeatedly. I was forced to start the app about 10 times in 1 hour. I got almost no therapy options. The first time, I only had one therapist as an option, and she took 3 days to answer and cancel my appointment. Then, the app would not work, and it took about 2 more days for me to have other options. Only 2 showed, and one was a male therapist, so I had no option but to choose the only female option they gave me. I find it insane that I do not get to choose my therapist. Additionally, after going through all that, the only appointment I was available was over a month away!!!! My whole existence has been very disappointing.

I looked through to try to find a mental health professional, and the majority of the ones I choose result in a message telling me that they aren’t actually available. 

The professional I ended up speaking with is almost like a robot. He is not easy to talk to at all and I might as well be talking to AI.

I’ve been going round and round trying to log in to the app. Won’t take my password no matter what I do. It’s annoying to keep getting emails reminding me to log in. I haven’t been able to for months. It was a good app when I could actually use it.

This app makes me want to leave my insurance company based on how AWFUL it is. You cannot set up an appointment so you call. You try to get on the appointment and the app keeps crashing, and saying something about the server. This happened on TWO separate occasions. FIX IT!!!!! I give up on this app and this SERVICE, but for others. This was NOT good for my mental health.
