The app is awful. It freezes and shut down constantly. ### 2/5 — Don’t give Stripe all your Banking Transactions!!! *2025-01-19, version 6.7.2* The only thing I really hate about this app is that it Pigeon holes customers into two payment methods. What a pain to use. ### 1/5 — White screen *2024-05-18, version 6.6.0* Used to work but now it just says invalid server response connection failed even if I delete and reinstall app. I’m unable to manage my subscriptions. ### 1/5 — Account/Profile Editing is Impossible *2024-05-14, version 6.6.0* I’m very frustrated that I cannot update my old last name or email address in the app. It seems to use the phone number as the unique signifier so I can’t create a new account with my correct name and email address. It gives an error message with each of these attempts. It also gives an error when I try to completely delete my account to start a new one, saying there are open registrations but they are all listed as cancelled plus they’re from 2 years ago! ### 2/5 — Used to be Good *2024-05-07, version 6.6.0* I can’t log in because it says I don’t have an account, I create a new profile and it says it is already in use. I can’t access any of the schools information. ### 1/5 — First day using the app and found 2 bugs already *2024-05-01, version 6.6.0* 1) I see an error message saying account does not exist when I try to login with my email. So I tried to create the new acct with the same email and I got the message that acct already exists with that email. 2) I was finally able to login by doing a dumb hack and now I see there’s no option to delete the payment details. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — This app is Phuked up *2026-07-06, version 7.0.0* This sucks, it is glitched out completely and uses all your Wi-Fi do not buy. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-04-02, version 6.8.0* Very limited functionality and no support. ### 1/5 — Clunky *2026-02-02, version 6.8.0* Ultimately, it functions but it doesn’t use standard terminology for the information portion when applying payments. Can’t switch between studios easily either.
