## What is MyStyleNote 女性のための体型診断アプリ?

自分のサイズ（身長、体重、スリーサイズなど）を記録・蓄積して、定期的に体型のバランスをチェックし、健康的で美しいスタイルのキープを目指すための女性向けアプリです。

『良い生活習慣が心と身体の健康を創りあげ、美しさの土台になっていきます。』

自分の体型や体重から目を背けずに、このアプリで測定・記録・チェックを繰り返し、習慣化しましょう。そうすることによって、生活習慣（食事量、活動量）を変えると、身体のサイズはきちんと変化することに気づくことでしょう！
　
【概要】
　◆ホーム右上の設定アイコン＞プロフィール画面でニックネーム、身長、誕生日等を登録します。

　◆設定画面ではアプリ起動時のパスワードを設定することができます。
　　
　◆また設定画面では自分の目標サイズを設定することができます。

　◆好きな時に体重や体の各部位を測り、値をサイズ記録画面で登録し、データを蓄積することができます。
　　また、その時の写真を選択し、保存することもできます。

　◆サイズ記録画面の必須入力項目は体重で、他の部位の入力は任意です。

　◆2件目以降の新規登録では、前回測定の内容が自動的にコピーされていますので、変化した部位のみ入力してください。

　◆今のあなたの身長、体重、スリーサイズより体型タイプを判定し、アプリホーム画面にその画像と説明を表示します。

　◆「スタイル診断」の「比較グラフ」タブでは、各時点のサイズと「美容サイズ（理想）」または「モデルサイズ」または「目標サイズ」との比較をレーダーチャートで表示し、自分の体型が理想からどの程度ズレているのか診断します。かつ、スタイル評価（5点満点）も行います。「比較リスト」タブでは、その数値データをリストで表示します。

　◆「スタイル診断」の「チェック」タブでは、その時点と１週間前の体重、ウエスト、ヒップの７日間平均値を比較し、チェック結果としてその増減を表示します。

　◆「スタイルの推移」では、体重他各サイズの推移を折れ線グラフで表示します。複数の項目間でサイズの増減を比較することもできます。

　◆「スタイルの推移」では、月別または週別平均体重推移を棒グラフで表示します。どの月が一番重かったか、軽かったかがわかります。

　◆「ダイエット・シミュレーション」画面では、
 　 ①目標体重と摂取カロリを指定すると、必要なダイエット日数を計算します。
　  ②ダイエット日数と摂取カロリを指定すると、予想体重を計算します。
　  ③ダイエット日数と目標体重を指定すると、必要な摂取カロリを計算します。
　 　注）日常の活動レベルがダイエット前後で一定であると仮定した予測になります。ダイエット計画の参考にご利用ください。

　◆「ダイエット・シミュレーション」＞「美容サイズ」では、身長を入力してその美容サイズを確認することができます。
