Day 3 trying to use Apple, Android or even my PC and absolutely nothing is working.

I get emails saying I have messages on the app but once I open the app everything is blank has been like this for the past month!!

The app is good when it works. You can email teachers and see updates when posted but the number of times this app crashes and signs me out randomly is insane. It hasn’t been working for the past 5 days straight. I signed out and signed back in but absolutely nothing will populate. Hopefully an update soon to fix these bugs. I  can’t stay updated on my child’s day or pay tuition because the app wouldn’t load. Defeats the purpose of the app.

This app is okay so far but I get notifications of messages and everything late. My son’s profile picture doesn’t load and things are just overall slow and bland.

Monitoring my child is very important to me and this app is a barrier to access to him because the app never works. Constantly crashes. Signs me out randomly and then says my login is wrong (it’s not). If you click forgot password, it gives a random error and wont let you reset the password.

I don’t like this app. I have used other childcare apps that work seamlessly and quickly. Not this one. I frequently get signed out. Have to wait several seconds for messages to load. Some days the app won’t even open. For something as crucial as monitoring your young child’s day and school news, Sunshine House needs to do what other leading child care centers do. just use Procare or Brightwheel. This is pathetic.

The app works quite well and I really appreciate the convenience of having a QR code to check-in with.  I dropped a star for the review as I feel it would be really nice to have push notifications letting me know when a picture is posted of my kiddo.  (I have notifications enabled, but since multiple people I talked to don’t get notifications it seems that the push functionality is not present vs me having the wrong setting, but I could be wrong)
