I fill out the the request form and am unable to successfully hit the submit button.  Also company says they’ve created a ticket but it is not confirmed on the app or online. So I have no idea when they’re coming. 
Are you listening SUPERIOR? I’m not the only one with this issue

This app doesn’t remember my user name, is not intuitive which requires me to go hunting for the information that I need. 

I hope the company will commit some resources to remake the app.
