## What is MySurgeon?

MySurgeon is designed to help every member of a surgical team perform their job better.  With MySurgeon, users can create, save, edit, update, access and share all of their surgeons’ preferences and procedures. They can also snap up to five photos of the back table and Mayo Stand and share with their colleagues or save for future reference. 

MySurgeon users can also access and manage their accounts through a simple, user-friendly web portal by visiting our website that syncs with their MySurgeon app in real-time. As an added bonus, MySurgeon can automatically identify payability* of the procedure if users know the procedure code.

MySurgeon gives users the ability to:

- Create, save, edit, update and access surgeons’ contact information, surgeons’ preferences and procedures at anytime, anywhere**. 
- Capture surgical instruments photos on back table or Mayo Stand directly from the app or upload from the Gallery
- Share via text or email all their surgeons’ information, preferences and procedures from within the app
- Create and save appointments and notes in the Journal tab
- Export appointments and journal to the users’ iPhone Calendar
- Enter procedure codes if known to check payability
- Add, delete or link any procedures and surgeons
- Search any information saved within the app using keyword search
- Access and manage MySurgeon through website portal that syncs with the app in real-time**

Get your monthly MySurgeon subscription through the app. If you select to subscribe, you will be charged based on your country's pricing. The price will be shown in the app before you complete the payment. The subscription automatically renews every month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before end of the current subscription period. Your iTunes account will automatically be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period and you will be charged for one month at a time. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings.

This app was great until it stopped working. Then you could only access it through the internet but now that doesn’t seem to work anymore. Nobody should waste their time with it now. 
I’m so disappointed because when it worked it was great. Now all my notes are gone.

Attempting to create account for numerous times, it says, unsuccessful. “There was an error in submitting your form”. With great connections, still of no avail.

Evidently, I have been paying for this app both annually & monthly since 2019! They’ve charged 2 different accounts & I didn’t notice, so shame on me. However, now it won’t let me login at all online or via the app. It says I’m not connected to the internet or that it can’t sync. The idea behind the app is a good one, however there are too many issues when it comes to actually using it. As a result, I have also lost ALL my preference cards that I put into the app! Don’t bother with it, find something else!

I’ve had this app for many years. It works great UNTIL, it comes around time for the subscription to renew, then it suddenly stops working. I have “auto pay” and every month it takes my money. Yet, every year, around the time I opened my account, it stops working and says my account is expired. But I know I’ve been paying, so it can’t possibly be expired. It’s very frustrating because I REALLY rely on it and today I really needed it and it won’t open. 😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬

I’ve tried contacting the people in charge of this app every way I can think of. I love this app. I seen a promo for AST members for $10 a year, so I did it. It literally won’t let me log on. Not on the app or online. Why is this?! Pleaaaaasssseee fix it. 🙏🏽

For whatever reason I can’t get this app to put on a continuous billing. First problem. Second can’t retrieve my prep cards again. I have an account. However every time I renew my account it sends my prep cards or clears them away. I would like to be able to open my previous account with all my information in it. Soo it is great if it works. However my experience has not been so. I would love to talk to someone about retrieving my information but with no phone number to call. Impossible.

Started using this app almost two years ago and it’s been a life saver! 
I can save all my surgeries, surgeons, and preferences to look back on at anytime. 

Recently was having trouble resetting my password and I reached out to them on Facebook and they quickly helped me resolve my problem.

I love this app so much it really comes in handy for my job. I am very frustrated though because it keeps force closing even more so when doing the journal part every time I add a surgery to the journal it force closing. I also wish that you could edit the name of surgery because my phone likes to auto correct and I don't notice and then I have to delete the whole thing because there's no edit option for the name of procedure. Fix those things and I'd give this app 5 stars.
