## What is MySWYM?

MySWYM builds your swim sessions. Goal, level, frequency: you get a structured plan, ready for the pool.

Who it's for
Pool swimming, triathlon, open water, diploma prep. From beginner to experienced swimmer.

What you get
• Clear sessions: warm-up, main set, cool-down, plus a coach tip
• A plan that adapts after your feedback
• Your paces if you know your T100
• Useful notifications (session, set, buddies, support), set from Profile
• Connected devices: manage iPhone and web sessions
• A profile photo, your stats, and Buddy to find a swimmer near you (optional)

Trial and subscription
7 days free when you create your account, no card. After that, sessions pause until you subscribe.

On iPhone: $7.85/month, cancel anytime, or $67.34/year. Payment and cancellation go through your Apple ID (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Access stays on until the end of the period you already paid.

MySWYM is not a medical device and does not diagnose anything. Train according to how you feel. Open water: never swim alone.
