Passwort nicht angenommen, wieder neu geladen … usw. Es dauert etwa eine Minute bis diese miese App mich einloggt. Sooo erbärmlich. ### 4/5 — nützliche App *2025-04-07, version 4.20.1* ich nutze die App schon seit Jahren und bin sehr zufrieden. Das Hochladen von Dokumenten klappt sehr einfach. Ist für mich auch die Hauptaufgabe. Der Hauptbildschirm mit Franchise/Selbstbehalt, Versicherungskarte etc ist seit den letzten 3 Updates allzu überladen. Warum nicht einfach zum Eintippen? Sorry, da war bei mir schon Schluss. ### 2/5 — Nachrichten werden nicht in App beantwortet *2021-04-22, version 3.6.0* Nachrichten, welche man innerhalb der App an Sympany quasi in einem Dialog schreiben kann wurden bei mir nun zweimal nicht dort, sondern als Mail beantwortet. Ist für mich überhaupt nicht plausibel. Zumal die Antworten teils ewig brauchen. Aber da kann die App nichts dafür, sondern nur die Mitarbeiter von Sympany. Bislang bin ich sowohl mit der App wie auch mit derVersicherung recht unzufrieden. Servicewüste trifft es wohl ganz gut. Bei weiterhin so schlechter Erfahrung steht wohl bei nächster Gelegenheit mal wieder ein Versicherungswechsel an. ### 1/5 — Funktioniert nicht *2020-11-16, version 3.4.0* Sehe nur einen weissen Screen beim öffnen der App. Anmeldung ist auch nicht möglich. ### 2/5 — Langsam seit Update *2020-02-04, version 3.1.0* Seit dem neuen Update ist es sehr mühsam die Belege einzureichen. Früher hat man die Belege abfotografieren können, heute wird es automatisch ausgelöst, und wenn es dann endlich geklappt hat, hat es ewig bis es hochgeladen ist. Ging alles definitiv mal schneller.
