This is not clarified anywhere. ### 1/5 — Missing services *2025-11-03* It should be possible to pay the Mauritius Post, e.g. parcels and letters, via the app. This would reduce significant waiting time at the post office. The reward system is pretty useless. I haven’t used the payment in supermarkets but it should be made easy to use even when disconnected from mobile data. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-10-11* To register I struggled scanning my ID card and when I finally did all the informations were correct but the application says I'm under 18... I totally agree that you could provide registration facility for people living abroad to enable us to pay our bills via myT money. Although you have not bothered to respond to the request, we would appreciate for your comments please. ### 1/5 — Impossibly painful onboarding *2023-12-18* ID scan picks up the right info but is « too blurry to be admitted » and then onboarding won’t go through. You need to call customer service to discover that you need to blink 3 times for the selfie to work -would have been relevant in the tutorial video online, or better yet, instructed in the app. This is very poor UX. As I do not have an mru number and my mru bank is registered with my uk number.
