I love the station and I will continue to listen. I just wish the glitches would go away. They come and go. I connect and disconnect to Wi-Fi to see if that makes a difference. Not always. Great content, unstable app.

I love MyTalk but the livestream crashes all the time and makes it so difficult to listen to.  The message us system is also glitchy and often resets while you are writing an email so you have to start all over. There also used to be a subject line when you messaged from the app but it no longer exists on the app version

Since your recent update, I can not access any podcasts on your Mobile App or Website. I missed several shows last week and scroll down to podcasts, tap on the show I missed and I can’t click on any day- hr1, hr2, or hr3! The app has worked wonderful with no streaming problems prior to your recent update. Please fix the podcast problem. UPDATE: I updated my app with your fix. Thank you so much for fixing the Podcast problem!! 😁 Love listening. I appreciate it so much. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thought when upgraded my phone I would be set.  I have to delete app and reload daily if I want to listen , which if course I do but it’s frustrating!

Since the switch to the new app, it keeps logging me out and when I try to log back in, it keeps saying login and password combo not found.

I tried resetting the password but never got the reset link.

I constantly have to delete this app and reload it. It will work for a week or two, then out of the blue it will take forever to load until I start all over again. Not having the same problem with other apps, even other apps from Hubbard.

Can you further explain what "forever to load" means? Do you mean the app itself it won't load or that content in the app won't load? For instance, does the app launch at all? Or does it launch but then you have a hard time playing the stream or listening to a podcast? Also, if you could share what iPhone version you have and what version of iOS that would be helpful as we try to troubleshoot this for you.

For a company that has a digital
marketing branch for hire, one would expect a great app. Sadly, not the case. Most mornings I cannot listen more than I can. Because of this, I deleted the app.

This has been an ongoing issue for years now ( as shown by other reviews here). It is impossible to listen to COLLEEN & BRADLEY’S Show podcast and THE WEEKLY DISH podcast on the MyTalk app. I have an iPhone and the iPod Touch. I keep trying every single day and the same thing happens...the screen goes to black and then crashes. I’ve tried doing it 4-5 times in a row, I’ve tried shutting down the device when it crashes, I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app. The only way I can listen to those two shows, is by using the Apple Podcast app and/or the Podcast One app. I’ve tried mailing a letter to the station about the problem. I’ve tried emailing the shows about the problem. I don’t get any answers on why the MyTalk app only lets me listen to certain shows but continually crashes with other shows. Judging by all the other reviews, I know I’m not alone. But it’s still frustrating. I had high hopes that it would be fixed when you launched the new, updated version of the app but it still doesn’t work for those shows. I would love for someone to address the issue. Thank you!

This makes me so sad - I used to be able to listen to any of the shows through podcasts and since the new app was updated it now kicks you out EVERY time. If I don’t catch it live I can’t listen. It’s been over a year. 

So SAD!! Your shows are awesome and I miss them.

I love MyTalk and frankly, it’s the only radio station I listen to, however, it is so frustrating and annoying how often this app pauses when you are listening to it. It randomly pauses all the time and I have to go back in to restart it. I really hope this gets fixed!

I can live stream with no problem, but as soon as I try to listen to a specific podcast, the screen locks up, goes dark, and then the app closes. This also happens when I try to enter my info for the drawing to win something. My iOS is up to date. What’s the point of having this stuff if it doesn’t work???

When will this station update their app to fix all the issues?! Podcasts can’t be played in order. Now it only loads a few so you can’t go back more than a couple of days. Listener Rewards is a joke because half the time it’s not functioning, updating, or tracking. Such a disappointing experience for listeners and MyTalk fans.

I’ve been using the app every morning since it was available with very little issue. Since the beginning of December it opens to a white screen and won’t load. I’ve deleted and added the app multiple times. It works for a day and then I get the white screen the next day. I’m extremely frustrated!

This has never been the best app and I’ve been using it for quite a while, but lately it’s constantly has to be reloaded. I’ll click on the app and I’ll just get a white screen, then I have to go delete it and reload it. You’re a big-time media company, you should have a better system running your apps.

The people at MyTalk really came through when Covid hit. Everyone was so unsure of what was going to happen in life. MyTalk set everyone up at home to broadcast and our lives continued and didn’t miss a beat! They we’re there during the scariest moments in life. They brought a bit of normalcy being able to listen and laugh with the MyTalk family. They really do love their listeners and give it their all.

It seems a lot of the bad reviews from years ago are due to issues that have since been resolved. I listen to steaming from the app, from my phone, Monday thru friday 6am to 2pm and I have zero issues. Love entering for the listener rewards as well!

Great content and fun personalities!Unfortunately the app is very quirky.Every time I want to listen, which is several times a day , I have to remove the app and then go to the App Store and re-subscribe.   All too frequently when I tap on the app to open it it just gives me a blank white screen and nothing ever pops up.

I was worried that nothing would be normal when Covid first started, that I would miss my routine listening to them but MyTalk Staff Made sure that it was a priority to keep things as normal as possible and they didn’t skip a beat. They were up and running when Covid first started, they set up studios in their homes so we wouldn’t miss anyone. They lift my spirits they are hysterical and they truly care about the listeners.

As someone who is a religious Mytalker that listens DAILY I was really excited to hear that the app was cleaned up and fixed. The old one was junk and listening online is hit or miss and usually will crash on me after listening for an hour or so. This app has fixed everything. Great job, and THANK YOU!
