MYTAXOFFICE Mobile Application The Main purpose of the Application is better communication between the tax preparer and the customer. This application allows the tax office’s customer to interact with the office without having to travel to the office each time. It allows the taxpayer to Upload Documents and sign tax forms from the mobile device. The taxpayer will also have access to their tax forms as they are prepared within the software. This Mobile application will have the following Features Create a New Taxpayer Account from Anywhere. Upload Documents in the png and jpeg file formats from anywhere. Take a photo of your Documents with the Mobile Device’s Camera and upload. Client can find the status of the return. Client can sign documents from the app. Client can view their prepared tax documents. A user is unable to type a message to the Tax preparer with commas. There is no autocorrect feature for spell check. To reset the password you need your Login credentials, but your aren’t able to select “forgot login”. Overall it is the worse app I’ve ever used and I’ll be recommending that my tax preparer return to their previous platform. ### 4/5 — Tax *2026-02-22, version 5.7* What’s the phone number ### 1/5 — Unable to Login *2026-02-19, version 5.7* Just created the account went to upload my information and it timed me out. I screenshotted the info and password. When I went to log back in. It says the information is not in the system. Then when i go to change password and enter all of that info it says account already exists.. So which is it? It wont let me change the password. Suck a waste of time! ### 5/5 — Great App *2026-02-08* They have done some great improvements to make this app user friendly. Thank you so much for making it so convenient. ### 2/5 — Not user friendly *2025-04-11* After years of doing my own taxes I now had a tax preparer help me with it. So he recommended this app. I like the concept and idea, but there needs to be some improvements. The app is not user friendly. There’s no computer app or online version in order to view everything on a bigger screen. And I’m not able to upload documents from a file on my phone or screenshots from a photo. I wish I was able to receive notifications of received messages from my tax preparer. And it freezes at times where I need to delete and reinstall on my phone. ### 1/5 — The app doesn’t load *2025-03-11, version 3.8* This is my first year file on taxes.
