What does that mean? **Developer response:** Hello Agnes, we are sorry to hear about your confusion. The MyTeachingStrategies app works for customers who have both Tadpoles and Gold licenses through Teaching Strategies. If you are a Tadpoles customer who does not have a Gold license, then you need to use the Childcare by Tadpoles app. If you are a Gold customer who does not have a Tadpoles license, then you would need to use the SmartTeach app. I hope that helps. They show low res images and there is no option to download everything!!!!!! You have to go in one by one to download images and forget about what teachers wrote about your child. There is no part of the app that plays music so it shouldn’t shut off sound. Please fix! **Developer response:** We appreciate your feedback.
