They also did not have my insurance listed. But it was only $67 for a telehealth visit to take care of my pressing concern today. So overall pleasantly surprised. ### 2/5 — Really Doesn’t Support Multiple Hospitals *2024-05-23* I moved from Texas to Colorado and my new hospital happened to have the same medical record system. I still see one specialist in Texas but the rest of my care is at the new hospital. Unfortunately, I can’t log into the app and see records from both institutions, and I can’t have separate accounts in the app. Epic doesn’t have this problem. ### 3/5 — What happened *2022-12-11, version 102.1.4* This app was great until about a week ago. Since then I have lost the ability to use touch to open the app. I have vision problems and use fingerprint to open apps. Now it’s gone. ### 1/5 — Can’t get passed…. *2022-05-24* Can’t get passes the registration even tho I’m already registered. It tell me I already exist in the system which I know bc I logged in. I have never been able to get a visit to work. It gets to the “creating video visit” screen and never loads. I’m posed off because this is the only way I can avoid going to the physical doctor on my insurance and now it doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — my team care app *2021-02-02* I’m sure it’s a wonderful app but I wouldn’t know because you don’t give a 1st time user an option to create their account .
