Il layout delle pagine è terribile non riscala in base alla dimensione dei display. La parte testuale sborsa sotto i pulsanti e non ne permette la lettura. Inoltre il sistema per poter aggiungere un nuovo dispositivo è assolutamente folle, richiedere che l’installatore sia collegato fisicamente alla centrale. E si cambia telefono? Ripeti tutto da capo. Ce la fanno le banche a gestire queste cose penso possa farcela anche tecnoalarm per snellire la gestione. Tutto è macchinoso in qualunque operazione. Do 2 stelle solo perché il minimo che deve fare lo fa anche se le notifiche NON funzionano. Nessun evento viene notificato (es. Inserimenti/disiate time ti allarme) nonostante li abbia abilitati tutti. ### 1/5 — A fuir ! Ne fonctionne pas ! *2022-04-17, version 2.8* Pour une application qui doit permettre à gérer un système d’alarme à distance elle n’accomplit pas sa mission. Cela fait des mois maintenant qu’elle ne fonctionne plus sur nos 2 iPhones, 11 pro et 12 pro. Impossible de se connecter, message permanent « dispositif temporairement indisponible - veuillez essayer plus tard ». Je pense que le développeur devrait se remettre en question! ### 1/5 — Tp42 *2021-04-09, version 2.8* Plus possible d’avoir la main à distance sur la centrale ; message rééssayez plus tard Je suis entré dans la centrale en utilisant la ligne analogique (ligne téléphonique), j’ai tapé le code et j’ai réussi à débloquer le système. ### 1/5 — UNA COSA INUTILE E PENOSA *2021-04-04, version 2.8* Non va da tempo memorabile vorrei che la sistemaste ma forse non siete interessati dato che avete sviluppato una versione più nuova per chi ha la centralina recente ma io ho la centralina di circa 10 anni e non ho intenzione di cambiarla quindi come si fa ? Anche la attivazione/spegnimento dei vari programmi risulta molto macchinosa e spesso si pianta. L unica cosa chiedo agli sviluppatori di implementare la compatibilità con Google home e Alexa . ### 1/5 — App non affidabile *2020-12-26, version 2.8* Tantissime volte quando mi trovo fuori di casa non riesco ad usare l’app. Ricevo sempre un errore che dice che temporaneamente non funziona e di riprovate successivamente. Ma proprio non si riesce ad avere una app funzionante al 100%? A saperlo non avrei comprato il sistema di allarme Technoalarm. È proprio il fatto di poter monitorare l’allarme a distanza che è importante. Sono l’unica ad avere questo problema? ### 1/5 — Da migliorare *2020-12-14, version 2.8* L’ultimo aggiornamento è stato datto 5 mesi fa... l’app si disconnette sempre dal dispositivo e inserire e disinserire l’allarme con il telefono è un’impresa Oppure cercare di aprire il cancello automatico la stessa cosa.... Cercate di migliorarla è davvero dastidioso soprattutto dopo aver speso tutti quei soldi per l’allarme.. Sono deluso soprattutto perchè siete una societá conosciuta! ### 1/5 — Notification des alarmes sur l’application mobile *2020-11-27, version 2.8* Est ce qu’il est possible de recevoir la notification d’une alarme sur l’application mobile ? Cette option est je pense primordiale maintenant.
