One of the first things this app asks you to do is switch off the community TeslaMateApi repo to the dev’s own fork filled with custom logic and hacks. Why not contribute that logic to upstream, you might ask? That would mean dev might not make as much money as possible.

And what’s this… the dev is Chinese, you say??? Shocking.

How can I remove my loaner car from service? It’s been over a month since it’s been gone from the official Tesla app.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your inquiry! Glad to help. At the moment, there is no direct option in TeslaMate or MyTess to remove a car. It has to be done via database commands.

If you'd like, you can find my contact details in the app under 'Settings > Help & Feedback'. Just send me a message there, and I will assist you with the database removal step by step.
