The videos and instructions are really clear and show me exactly what muscle muscles I’m working. I think I’m going to get a lot of benefits out of this app!

Such a fun idea of how to get in shape while playing a game! The visuals on how the work outs go are so helpful, and you can choose between full body, push/pull, lower body, etc.
