It's an Idle Heroes clone (I can't believe clones are still being made of that game), where a9at everything in the "game" is based around endless IAPs, which affect every part of the game. It has a VIP structure, because of course it does, which not only provides all the extra rewards you would expect, but many of the games features are locked behind that VIP paywall. The gacha pulls have a pity system, which actually gets worse as you draw more characters (14 pulls, then 20 pulls, then more, etc).
