Buuuuut...... *2013-01-15, version 2.1* Ok so I put all my photo in my things and I havnt been on my things for a while. Then the bad thing happened...... I FORGOT MY PATTERN!!!!!!!😱 so I tapped get it by email but this message came up that said " no pin/pattern......." so my I don't kno wit to do. It worked like a charm. The issue with importing photos from Camera Roll happens when you choose "Don't allow" in response to following pop up message: "MyThings would like to use your Current Location. This allows access to location information in photos and videos". It can be resolved by going to iPhone settings, Location services and turning it ON for MyThings. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Would like app better if it worked. *2012-11-03, version 1.0.1* I changed my auto lock setting to never to see what would happen, and all files returned to original locations. But after setting lock back on I could not bring any of the files back to there locked states. I could place the files back in to the lock app files but it just created duplicates, leaving one in the public files. in conclusion, if you want this app NEVER change the locking setting as there is a major glitch. ### 2/5 — Update or die *2020-03-08, version 3.6* Outdated interface. Update or die. Huge pain to go thru a photo collection. Can only delete one by one. No way to batch transfer in or out. ### 2/5 — Not impressed *2018-01-28, version 3.6* Notes (zero stars) My main use for this app was to store passwords and sensitive information. Sometime this involves going back and forth between applications/windows. The main problem with Notes is that it doesn’t automatically save when you enter something and try to “switch” back to another window without pushing SAVE. This results in whatever you had entered previously being lost and needing to be reentered. Why does the app not Save addition automatically or at least retains information until it is “closed”? ... Extremely frustrated. Other functions ( three stars) Other functions are not really being used by me so I’m giving it a Neutral rating. ### 2/5 — Update breaks horizontal viewing *2017-07-26, version 3.5* The latest update appears to have broken any sort of screen rotation to view videos or pics in landscape mode. Worked great previously. ### 2/5 — What would make this an really awesome app *2012-12-08, version 2.1* If you can create a web browser like the app Hidden Camera where when you're taking secret photos, those eyes that are looking over your shoulder want see exactly what you're doing. They will think that you're suffering the Internet. Also - the intrusion report - I had my phone facing me and I don't know what in the world it was taking pictures of. Could be labeled instead of guessing what folder is what. Also it needs some user friendliness like mass deleting and mass moving pictures from one folder to another. It also would be easier, when moving pics from computer to iPhone via iTunes that you can move it directly into a folder created on phone in app. It would also be nice to be able to delete any folder on app. App runs smooth and gives a lot of options for protecting different forms of information. ### 4/5 — Was Great Until ... *2021-02-20, version 3.6* I’ve been using this app for a very long time. Since my last update (14.4) I can no longer select or copy text. This is frustrating. The whole reason I have this app is to be able to access protected information and copy/paste it as needed. Now I find I have to remember long numbers and codes and such and go back and forth. It’s awful.
