Matches are quick and fun, and card acquisition is decently friendly. The one fatal flaw is the balancing. Some cards are so incredibly powerful, when you face them you almost certainly lose (if you don’t have them too!). Some updated power scaling would go a long way! ### 5/5 — Mythos *2026-05-21, version 4.9* Crazy fun game a lot of strategy hard at first, but it gets easier once you get the hang of it. My problem was that I didn’t pay attention in the tutorial and then I was lost to figure it out. Took me a week to figure out what the Veil was. Game mechanics could use some tap and hold to understand what each thing on the card means. Could use more sorting options on collections as well. As a history and mythology nerd, I needed this in my life so bad. The card descriptions are freaking hilarious and I adore whoever writes them’s sense of humor. My only criticism is that I wish the game had more social features. Like, I got my wife into the game but there isn’t a way for us to become friends or have friendly battles. Hope that gets remedied soon! I fell in love with Marvel Snap but I don’t think I’ve played in over a week ever since I discovered Mythos. 🫶🫶🫶 **Developer response:** Thank you for the kind words! It is sad though takes awhile to get cards if free to play ### 4/5 — A Promising new CCG *2026-04-29* Pros- this is a quick game to pick-up and play & a lot of fun. It appears to be heavily inspired by Marvel Snap- except without the snap & cubes. Like MS it has random locations and uncontrollable events that can dramatically change the outcome of a match. It has a similar progression system in its Path of Glory where you can unlock new cards at increasing intervals. Upgrading your cards, like in MS, opens new card design options and is what progresses you on the path. One of my favorite aspects of the game is it’s Q&A with the developer section. He builds a great rapport with the user by giving the app’s backstory and some of his own, alongside his vision for the game. Additionally his subscription to this game also plants trees, which makes investing in the game feel more meaningful than just throwing money into an dev’s pocket. ### 5/5 — Card game *2026-04-06, version 4.3* Really good mythical based card game. The deeper you go, the more there is to like. Seems simple at first but different battlefield effects and random events keep it lively. The mods are available on discord and they’re cool. Game play is smooth, easy to learn and no match is ever exactly the same. This helps keep the game from getting redundant. I enjoy the game a lot and recommend it to any one look for a new game to try. Much more can be said but just try the game out and you’ll see. Devs: I made a mistake and uninstalled the game and when I reinstalled all progress is lost and I never put a recovery email. Is there any way you can help me with this? In game ID- Faza. But when I downloaded it, a screen came up with music and nothing else. No clear instructions and all I’m doing is throwing cards on the table without knowing what anything means. I have no idea how to play this ### 1/5 — Suspicious Reviews *2026-01-31* Played about 10 games and there is no way every review is five stars. As a new player the entire game is luck based, pray you get a good hand and your opponent doesn’t. All the beginning cards are ramp based cards with effects like +1 every round etc. If your opponent gets those cards out before you? Good luck, there almost no way to prevent the power creep. So far there is no strategy just entirely luck based in desperate need for rebalancing especially the beginner decks. If everyone’s playing a ramp deck then the game becomes entirely luck based. ### 2/5 — “User Email not found, please email” *2026-05-22, version 4.9* Played the game for 3 hours straight getting over the learning curve and got hooked.. now it won’t let me login :/ what’s up ### 2/5 — Ok, but too P2W. *2026-05-12, version 4.8* Fun games, cool art. The only drawback is that if you don’t pay, you will get close to no new cards, and you will get stuck forever with the starting cards you got. Not worthy as right now. ### 3/5 — Good but frustrating *2026-08-15* If your looking for random events while in play to ruin any strategy this is the game. Great cards, great idea- but falls short because of the randomness. It’s next to impossible to level up (as your score goes down with each loss). Just lost 7 straight matches in a row because of random world events. Get ready to rage quit- ### 3/5 — Uneven matchups *2026-04-29* I don’t usually leave reviews but felt in this case to inform everyone. The game was very fun and matches were very fair until I reached demigod rank and now I’m losing almost every matchup due to other players having many cards I haven’t seen before and defeating me easily. I even got the pass but I can’t earn anything without wins so I’m now on the fence about continuing to play. I decided to part ways because I lost my progress twice due to not linking my account to an email. Sent an email and got a reply but once I said I didn’t have a recovery email I never got a response again. If you download this game and enjoy it make sure to link your account if not you might lose all of your progress like I did. I was constantly battle for 10 ten, had about 8 trees planted or more, I have purchase receipts but couldn’t get my account back or a response. Thanks again gonna miss battling against Simmsy, Darius and others. It’s a great game and should be tried for any that like deck building games. F2P friendly where all cards are accessible to all players; 2. Responsiveness of the developers to fix bugs and incorporate new ideas; 3. The great community in Discord where everyone is willing to share strategies and gameplays; 4. Cards and game mechanics are continually being adjusted to ensure their balances/fairness, and 5. Beautiful art and music. Devs, Keep this going the way it is and I am sure you’ll get better and better. ### 5/5 — Actually a phenomenal card game *2026-07-28* After many months of play, this has become by far my favorite mobile game. You construct a 20-card deck full of gods and goddesses, and play quick head to head matches that don’t require you to be staring at the phone the entire time. The deeper you go, the more creative deck building options you have. The discord server is great and the community friendly. You can definitely be free to play, or support these indie devs. Give the game a chance and I think you’ll really find it growing on you. It may seem a bit simple at first, but there’s both strategy and deck-building goodness here. The best truly free to play game I’ve ever come across. ### 5/5 — Best Game I’ve Ever Played *2026-07-22* Literally the BEST strategy game I’ve played. And that’s saying something because I normally HATE strategy games. And the pop up for notifications is adorable like “If not, Hermes will sulk quietly” i turned on notifications because I didn’t want to make Hermes sad. I also love how you can customize your little profile, and how you can change your name if like you made it when you were immature but now you’re mature and want to change it. I absolutely love this game, it’s the most played on my phone right now, and it’ll probably stay that way. It’s a great game with fantastic graphics very well thought out ### 5/5 — “Thought It Was a Ripoff—Ended Up Blown Away.” *2026-06-07* It definitely looks like a Marvel Snap clone at first glance, but it actually plays nothing like it. Instead of three locations, there’s just one battlefield. You and your opponent take turns playing cards across multiple rounds, trying to outscore each other with points. The match only ends when one player pulls ahead—no sudden death after a set number of turns. That means games can go on for a surprisingly long time, especially if you’re trading wins back and forth. The endless back-and-forth actually makes every card feel way more important than I expected. I also love how it leans into mythology instead of the usual superheroes. As someone who’s obsessed with legends, gods, and monsters, the theme feels fresh and exciting.
