You do need to be really really into HOPs to enjoy this game, there are a LOT of them, especially latterly, and not much variety in them, but if you like HOPs you’ll love it. I also found that there was a lot of ‘put a piece in the hole that fits it, get another piece , put that in a hole etc etc’ ..could have been a little more variety there. Some good puzzles along the way though, and overall I enjoyed it. ### 2/5 — Glitch in the game at the forge *2022-05-09, version 1.0.0* I can’t go any further at the forge, whilst trying to make the golden fire in the chest, It will not let me pick up the lighter/torch. Die Grafik, das hervorstechende Merkmal, ist herrlich. Ungewöhnliche Blickwinkel fordern eine gewisse Eingewöhnung. Die Story, eine Handlung im Hellas der Antike, weisst seitens der Autoren mehr als nur rudimentäre Kenntnisse der altgriechischen Mythologie auf. Darüber freue ich mich. Die Lösung mancher Aufgaben ist durch Nachdenken und kombinieren nicht zu finden. Nur ein Beispiel: Um eine glatte Felswand zu erklimmen müssen mittels eine Hammers Kerzenständer in den Fels getrieben werden. So bleibt oft nichts anderes, als das gesamte Inventar auf Verwendbarkeit hin zu testen. Fortsetzung (der Rezension) folgt nach Beendigung des Spieles. Und vieleicht auch noch der eine oder andere Stern. Und hier nun die abschliessenden Sätze. Es bleibt bei drei Sternen. Das Spiel mag wohl geeignet sein, junge Menschen an die griechische Mythologie heranzu führen, Erwachsene dürften von den Rätseln unterfordert sein. Die Schaltflächen ( um mit Objekten zu interagieren) sind oftmals sehr klein ausgefallen, Objekte müssen millimetergenau platziert werden. Häufig gelang es mir nicht, ohne den Tip zu bemühen. Fazit: Man merkt dem Spiel sehrwohl die Arbeit an, die sich die Entwickler damit gemacht haben. Dennoch ist der Verlauf in weiten Teilen langweilig und enervierend. ### 2/5 — Just… no *2022-03-27, version 1.0.0* The story was decent and the scenes were playable but it was hard to see sometimes, like the graphics were great at moments but at the same time other parts of the scene would have not so great graphics. Annoying music… ended up playing on silent. The hidden objects scenes were too dark at time or the object you were looking for was indistinguishable from the back ground or looked nothing like it should have… they mostly made my eyes and head hurt. Finished they game but didn’t do the bonus chapter because it started with another HOS and my eyes just couldn’t take anymore. ### 4/5 — Pretty good,,,however,,, *2022-03-27, version 1.0.0* Great game so far. HOP’s are challenging. Story line is good. It’s a bit glitchy. Sound goes out every so often and I have to go out and come back in. Screen has gone blank a few times too. Sadly, it crashes at the Agora after rescuing Prometheus. An okay game, but WAY too short. The map didn’t work. I increased my rating because now I’m playing it a second time (2 years later) and it’s a decent game. Better than some of the crap BigFish has been putting out. And I’m still bugged about their “buy once, play forever” broken promise. I got to the palace section and there are whole scenes missing.
