Nach dem Kauf stellte sich heraus, dass es kein PDF-Ticket gibt und auch keines heruntergeladen werden kann – ausschließlich eine App, die den QR-Code bis 48 Stunden vor dem Event blockiert. Ein Weiterverkauf ist dadurch praktisch unmöglich. Besonders frustrierend: Trotz zusätzlich abgeschlossener Ticketversicherung wurde mir zweimal die Erstattung verweigert, da angeblich nur extreme Fälle wie Tod, Schwangerschaft oder ähnliche Situationen als Versicherungsfall gelten. Für ehrliche private Käufer ist dieses System eine Zumutung. Statt Flexibilität und Service bekommt man Stress, Intransparenz und das Gefühl, für dumm verkauft zu werden. Das anmelden mit den Daten vom Konto scheitert mit dem Fehler "Missing authentication token". Selbst die Webseite ist so schlecht programmiert, das der anmelden Button vom Feld für die Hilfe verdeckt ist. Ein einziger Witz und das Schlechteste an App was mir seit langem untergekommen ist. Empfangen von Tickets ist ebenfalls nicht möglich. Gratulation zum Totalausfall. ### 1/5 — Katastrophe nach Update *2025-10-15* Verstehe ich nicht, wie kann sowas passieren. Wie kann man ein Update rausbringen, welches mir meine gekauften Ticket nicht mehr anzeigt? Und nichts kommunizieren? Keine Infos dazu? Die App ist meine Wallet, da steckt mein Geld in Form von Tickets dran! Entweder könnt Ihr das, oder lasst das einfach. Wir haben 2025, da schreibt selbst KI sicherer Programme.
